- Default volunteer username and password is your RMEF member number followed by your last name, all capital.
- If you volunteered previously, your password remains as you left it. It is not reset to the default each year.
- Life members have an L at the end of their member number.
- The default RD & ChapterServices username is the first letter of your first name, then your last name in lowercase.
- Sign-in and password are case sensitive. Upper case makes a difference.
- You may not be able to log in if your event is not in the system yet. Check with your R.D.
- If you continue to have problems logging in, please call your regional director.
